Information that is required in order for us to be able to process a customer’s job and invoice them for it – i.e. name, address, telephone number, and email address, is retained on our password protected computers.
This information is not available to third parties.
Where we fulfil mailing contracts we do not retain copies of mailing lists, whether supplied electronically or as labels.
We do not record details of card payments on any electronic device and payment receipts are held securely off-site.
Confidential waste is shredded.
